Price per participant for 6 teams/5 persons each EUR 1,400 + VAT
As indicated by its name, the Sea Wolf has to do with water and seaborne activities – in this
case match race. This sailing type will be the training track for developing and creating the basis
for Agile teambuilding. At the same time, SeaWolf might be the activity where you stop and look
inside yourself and your team, give yourself an overhaul, make whatever adjustments are called for,
and load the ship with renewed energy.
Stopping and taking your time to consider how to address more efficiently the challenges of
the team is bound to bring forth some of the hidden resources in you. You will increase attention
on what is required, what resources you command to get back into the race with more energy and
better opportunities to impact on your situation. And with a stronger will to establish the
framework and circumstances required for success and comfort with your challenges.
The course takes three days of working with an important challenge or problem for your team.
You describe a agil goal of importance for you to pursue, making deals with yourselves and the team
for achieving this goal. Goals and action plans are tested directly in the match race against each
others with subsequent evaluation and fine tuning of plans and value sets. And before leaving the
programme you will have taken the first step toward this new way of thinking.
The work alternates between input from Wolf Way coaches, racing in Matchrace 28/37 type
boats, evaluation, extracting learning, and reflection and dialogue. All work will relate to the
development of Champion team building. In parallel, participants may work individually with
their own personal plan.
In preparation for Sea Wolf you will receive an mp3 file describing the programme. Also, you
will be asked to describe the challenge that you find it important to focus on, and you will be
guided on how to describe it.
