Wolf Track
The Wolf Track programme is inspired by the wish to generate a critical mass
(the number of persons with a common reference) in a company. At the same time, Wolf Track is a
teaser for Wolf Way.
All human beings possess the resources it takes to make our lives successful. Finding one’s
full potential is a lifelong process.
Wolf Track is a three-day programme kicking off and pushing this process, and sowing seeds
for future personal development. It is a managerial development programme available either as a
closed (in-company) or an open course with participants from different organisations. The course
accommodates around 30 persons.

The price is exclusive of VAT.
The programme has universal address. However, it is particularly suited for managers, key
persons and focal points with special responsibilities. Striders, i.e. persons having taken part in
the Wolf Way development programme, may participate as coaches.
Wolf Track operates with two primary tracks – a personal development plan and Champion
teambuilding.

The
objective of Wolf Track is to offer you the opportunity to develop as a leader or staff member at
the personal level. The approach is holistic, focusing 360 degrees on your life (job, social
relations and personal identity). We often focus on the problem instead of the cause of the
problem. Your everyday life may be so busy that you seldom have time to think twice about what you
spend your time on. In Wolf Track we lower the pace to give your thoughts the chance to catch up
with you and surprise you.
Wolf Track is a course for those wanting to improve their capacity to take responsibility for
their own future – in their working lives as well as in their personal lives. The programme
introduces some of the elements of the Wolf Way programme, aiming at permitting participants to
tread paths found or formed by Striders.
Our basic thesis is that all people have what it takes to succeed in their own lives. For, if
a goal is important enough, solutions present themselves a lmost automatically.
Old habits and ingrained behaviour, not always very suitable, are taken up for revision.
Awareness of what works and what doesn’t work releases a lot of energy, generating the power to
make the changes we want.
Your personal development plan starts off in an important challenge identified on the basis
of a pro-active planning process. We think and act pro-actively because of a profound belief that
we can make the future. We have a great say over our future. And if we dare take on the
responsibility, we can make the future that we really want. These pro-active goals and plans become
a magnet attracting the courage to tread new paths.
The process is taken stepwise. Scenario description, success and value analysis, description
of goals and action plans. Participants in WolfTrack are introduced to basic models. Theory is soon
transformed into exercises and experiences enabling you to recognise the importance of setting
goals for yourself.
In connection with Champion teambuilding, working with the other participants to establish a
common base will give you an experience of the important elements in a team establishing process.
During the Wolf Track phase, participants develop from being a group into a committed team. You
will be introduced to simple yet efficient methods and processes that are operational in making
people excel together.
In Wolf Track, work takes place in an interaction between theory and method drafting, sharing
of experience and insights, individual work with time for reflection and intense team work.
To ensure maximum benefit of the sequence, our working hours are long, from morning till late
evening. An mp3 file informing about WolfTrack will be mailed to participants ahead of the course
for maximum learning purpose.
